This number called me today and left a message on my answer service to say they were calling from HMRC and they were filing a lawsuit against me. I was told to press 1 to speak to my Case Manager. This was very frightening as I listened to this message just before going to bed at 11pm. I took a note of the number and googled it and this is when I came upon this site. Man claimed to be from Microsoft and knew my name. Asked if I had a computer. As I did not answer and just kept asking him how he got our number (we are registered with TPS) he said it was from publicly available sources! He then said as I was not cooperating he would cut me off straight away. Extremely concerning due to his bullying attitude and tendency to answer back rather than ending the call as most of them do.

they ring never speak nor leave messages so they have just met my reject list so if they ring again nothing shows on my fone till they hang up..they just get constant ring tone i get silence....bliss
This is a potential SCAM not just a nuisance call - good tip is to ask the company name (which will be said unclearly) and then ask them to spell it - they put the phone down.....
