an Asian man called me today earlier on this phone number offering me a loan for my tuition fees as i am paying my own fees. he called himself David if i remember right. He told me as hes offering an unsecured loan from SkyQuid all i have to do is to pay £100 to an account as a deposit and he will straight away transfer the amount. Sean Fisher and his manager Martin called 2nd Aug (pm) relentless, bullying, demanding money then wanted to discount! Had clearly stolen my details from a reputable charity and implied that their huge Art Dept had been working tirelessly. Could not email me a copy and hung up when I read out some of these posts and said I was going to report them to Trading Standards, Consumer Advice and the Police. All agencies notified and will investigate.

I had a missed call from this number but when I tried to call it back it doesn’t ring it just makes a long beep tone like it’s not an active phone line. I have also internet searched this number with no results. I believe this number to be a scam.

Called about insurance on household appliances. Got the make of my washing machine and TV wrong. I asked what sort of cooker I had, gas he said, I don’t have gas in the house. I asked what bank I used, got that wrong too. When I told him he rang off!! Very rude????????

He offered to renew my van insurance, at a lower cost. My van insurance was not due for renewal yet he had a lot of details about me. However the van he had me as owning was from over 5 years ago, so I guess this is some old hacked database and then a scam to get your money. This guy said he was from vancompare who I have actually used before. Quite confusing but almost certainly a scam. The guy was South African
