This number calls and claims to be investors. Very rude individuals who call and push you to invest and they are so rude when you decline. They keep changing numbers but it is the same network of people - they are using different numbers to call - I have already blocked at least 10 other numbers they have used to contact me- stay well clear of them please!! If anyone has any idea how to stop them from calling please advise.

Think it’s a scammer on FB, has hacked into an account on there and pretending to be a widower living in Bedford. The phone is being used in the Preston area. I have blocked before he tries to extract money from me. He will not send current face photo with today’s date in his hand so I know it is a scammer. The FB profile hacked looks very American not Uk. Hope this helps.

Fraud Call - I got a called from this number saying they were from O2 and offering me a 40% discount on my bill. They said I would receive a code from them and to read it out to them. I got 2 messages from O2 saying I had requested a security code and not to give the code to anyone and if I suspected fraud to call 202. The lady got really aggressive when I said I wouldn't give her the code as O2 shouldn't need the code. When I said I would check if this was ok she gave me another number to call to verify -

Didnt introduce himself, asked for me by name, said he was calling about my debts ( I dont have any so knew he was lying) I asked him to tell me about my debts, he said I was to tell him. The number identifies itself as "Post Office Travel Money" (I see "post office" and even "HSBC" mentioned by others...). Called me (robot) claiming I have a blocked package (I'm waiting for no packages). It's most certainly a scam - avoid!
