Scam call to mum re broken phone giving another number07383137877 to call. Definite scam.
Indian 'lady' called saying they were Right Energy part of uk-talk offering wholesale energy rates. Asked where she was located, she said Birmingham. After stringing her along for 10 minutes I asked what was happening with the Bull Ring, she clearly did not know what I was talking about especially when I asked if that's where she gets the bullsh*t from. Then said she was in Kolkata (aka Calcutta) not Birmingham. Said that I was in London helping police with scam callers - phone went dead!

Received call from this number on a Sunday morning. I know nobody in Edinburgh. No message left. Clearly another scam.
SPAM / SCAM / ANNOYING - where did they get out telephone number from? The call was supposedly about old windows and doors scrappage scheme - to see if we were eligible. It seemed that the caller at the other end of the telephone may have been AI rather than an actual person as 'he' didn't actually comment on what I had answered but just went onto the next question. I therefore asked if it was a real person or AI and if it was AI, then I wasn't interested, and hung up.

NEVER GIVE YOUR DATE OF BIRTH (and never use a true d.o.b. on social media websites - always use a false date of birth when signing up if pressed for your d.o.b. on those sites).
They yust phoned up but never left a message. Thats why i always have the answer phone on if they can't talk to you they can't sell you anything. That keeps the conmen at bay.
This may have no negative reviews but this number calls us early in the morning before 7 a.m.. today it was 06.35. Annoying when you are still in bed !!!!

Fraud A friend of mine had money disappearing from her bank account, she's Burmese and her English isn't so good so I looked into it for her. Turns out it's a company called Florist-world.com that took 2 euro from her account then took 24 euro every 2 weeks. I finally found emails from them in her spam folder, they'd somehow managed to get hold of her debit card number and were taking 24 Euro every 2 weeks, the last email said that amount was increasing to 44 Euro. Called today. Recorded re two huge Visa card transactions. Realised it was a scam so pressed 1 to mess with them. Amateur scammer in the middle of a meal? Argued with her for a while until she hung up after becoming very irate.
