I figured out what this is! It s when a mobile sends a text message to a landline - I rang my husband s mobile from our landline and a minute or so later got a silent call from this number. Husband s mobile sends out an automatic "I m on the phone will call you back" sms if he s on the line -- and this is what the callback was. Mystery solved! I suspect that other callers are being texted on their landlines by friends who select the wrong number to text.

This telephone number has been spoofed. I've spoken to the guy who says he's getting loads of these every day & only suggests you block it.
TAXES / HMRC Asked for me by name, introduced as Refund my taxes or something like that, then said it was in relation to my marriage allowance refund. I replied I am not married to which the response was "oh, you are no longer married?". Odd as I have never been married, however I had googled marriage allowance recently but at no point entered any of my own details...coincidence or pairing of my cookies to my name and number??

Caller claimed to be from British Gas. Repeat calls from someone with a very strong accent who was very persistent in obtaining renewal information and bank details. I was very suspicious and do not trust them.

A weird lady speaking foreign language
Been having these people call non stop twice a day! I have blocked over 15 numbers which they use since they bombard me with texts and voicemails asking for a Victoria - The funny things is that I m male and I don t know a Victoria! I have told these people to stop calling me and that they have the wrong number. Don t worry a lawsuit will soon be in place for harassment since I have recordings of all communications.

Beware, Locksub uses fake postal addresses to deceive you. If you call, you will be charged between £59 and £99 + VAT. They send a guy to your place who is not MLA approved and will extort you. Don't be fooled like me, give you a favour and find a trusted locksmiths on locksmiths.co.uk I've learned my lesson but you don't have to go through this.
