Foreign gentleman said he was ringing about any internal house problems that I have that the council arn't doing anything about - I asked what did they council have to do with that surely they are my responsibility - he repeated himself but added about Council or Housing Association tenants - when it dawned on him that I might be a Homeowner he said 'Oh' and hung up

Call from this number alleging to be a court enforcement officer regarding an unpaid advertisement debt. Definitely fraud and reported to Action Fraud and police. Tried to get over £2000 from me. Very personable bloke allegedly called Alan Wise. If you get anyone from this number, it is fraud. Don't pay and report.

Asked if I was still a tenant or in housing association and that they were something to do with housing repair service. Man, claiming to be Jonathan Carter from Microsoft, rang from 01142998909. During the call the line dropped and when he rang back it was from this number. He said hackers had taken over my computer in the pass few days. He tried to persuade me to download Anydesk which gives access to my computer on the pretext that it would remove the hackers. When I refused he said he would have to block my computer from the broadband and I would have to come to Microsoft in Reading to have it unblocked
