PRANKDIAL.COM. It is not from an app, but a website. Hence why it is always the same number. It is someone you know who is putting your number in and they can hear your conversation with the machine!!! I had this done to me this morning. They phoned me saying they were from BT and trying to stop marketing calls (Like a kind of international Telephone Preference Service) and tried to get get my card details out of me. They read out my name and address to me then asked for the expiration date on my debit card so they could "verify" my details. I gave them a false one. They then asked for the "Reference" number of the card the big number along the top. I asked them to verify my BT account number (I m on Virgin Media) but they did nit see
