Finally answered after about 3 missed calls each day for a few consecutive days. Said they were Vodafone and did I have a couple of minutes to spare for customer satisfaction survey. Said fine. Then asked me account security questions. I said you called me, why would I tell you? No chance. They suggested if I was worried I could ring them afterwards and change my security settings! Nice one. Mugs. Block.

Someone called Ian Rescola just called me and asked if I had a private pension and if so when did I last check it. I politely replied I m not interested in buying a pension thank you. He then tried to push further so I told him I was busy and didn t want to discuss the matter with him. He rudely answered That s your problem then . I calmly replied that it is not my problem but it is my business, and he put the phone down on me while I was still talking. Very rude!
