they called my elderly mother concerning an accident over 2 years ago they would not say who they were or why they called, now she is worrying herself over the call. Totally disgusting behaviour

Asked for my business partner and would not tell me what it was about-just kept asking "is he about at all?" and would not give a reason why he wanted to talk to him other than that "he had spoken to him a few weeks ago" (vague)...but would not say what he had spoken to him about? Timewasters.

Called me up saying they were from "Support Assist" and understood I had recently been in an accident. After it transpired that this was not the case, the charming man on the other end of the line said "you fucking idiot" and hung up. Tried to call them back to glean a little more information - an automated message tells you to email [email?protected] - which bounces back. I will track them down eventually.
