Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 3334439xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with accident claims, insurance management, PPI and pensions - just another call centre. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

People did someone answer it? Seems to be some call centre operating on the 016146467xx range. I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages for blocking, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very usefull for call centres). No problems.
