Has been calling on my mobile phone and I ignored the calls. Today I answered hoping then I could sort it out and the calls would stop. Guy with an Indian accent - had my name said he was from Virgin Media and asked me to confirm my details and my account number! When I asked him to confirm my details so I would know it was them calling me he did actually know what packages I had with Virgin. Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 11642826xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with car accident chasers, mostly Central claims Group, just another insurance telemarketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Fraud says they were from BT and i had issues with my internet where someone had gained access and the IP address was being used in different place.

I have told them numerous times we are not interested and even emailed them to say as much and asked that we be removed from their call list. This request has been ignored completely and I have received even more calls than before.

I received a call from this number saying my washing machine was out of warranty as I consider warranties are not worth having due to so companies going out of business I never take advantage of them plus the appliance was brought years ago, I consider it a bit late plus I always check a number out once the call has been made and considering there is no record of it, it has got to a scam caller :-)
