Claimed to be Alex from BT Openreach regarding my broadband connection with a very Asian accent.. We have nothing to do with BT
Absolute scam. Claimed to be from OpenReach told me they would switch the internet off for 72 hours as our IP address was public and it was a GDPR issue. When I told them to make our IP address private as they actually own the internet, they told me they couldn't. I had to run a software on my laptop to do it. Literally do not do anything they say!
