Constantly getting calls from this number. Answered today. Caller said his name was Mike and claimed he was calling from Easy Solutions. I Googled this company and the only company by this name was an American company specialising in preventing fraud. This is not them! Caller said I was due a refund and asked if I had received a letter about it. At which point I terminated the call as it seemed suspicious.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137581xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI claims, accident chasers - RTA, Flight delays - insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

A lady with a very strong (Chinese?) accent asked me to take part in a poll stressing that the calls will be recorded. She had my correct address details and was asking questions such as "do you have any following type of loans" or any "following type of investments" or if I was interested in taking on a life insurance or a funeral insurance plan and some general question of demographics. She didn t ask what bank I was with or my level of income, or any other things I would have considered dodgy. In the

SCAM saying HMRC have a tax fraud case against you. Very loud threatening automated message telling you you will be arrested soon if you don't press 1 to call them. Mobile number locator shows as being near industrial site off Mitton Road, Whalley near Blackburn. The intent is to scare vulnerable/older people into making contact, so as to gain access to their PC via remote access. HMRC are aware of this type of scam but I informed them anyway.
