No one there when I answered
Received a call from this number appertaining to be from Amazon asking me to confirm/cancel a purchase of £99. When I said cancel she asked me what device i used so she could send me a cancellation form? I said i was away from my computer but she said she would wait on the line until I was in front of it. She quoted my correct address but I didn't feel happy so ended the call.

this is the second number to ring to say that they were calling from virgin media and that I was having problems with my internet and my router was intermittent and had a fault.
