Had a call from this number from a man with a welsh accent about Life insurance review and when I said I don't answer any personal questions over the phone unless I have initiated the call and could he take my number off his list the man got really shirty demanding how was anything he asked personal and when I said he would have to ask for personal info to do a review he got worse.
