SCAM Fraud Caller said they were from "banking credit control" and wanted my name and date of birth because he had seen fraudulent activity on my card. When I said I had 4 cards he again asked for my name and DOB so I made something up and he said he could definitely see £300 going to Amazon and £1100 as an International Money Transfer to China! I again asked him which of the 4 cards he was talking about and when he said VISA I told him I didn't have a VISA card and he put the phone down.

Apparently he is calling back tomorrow "before time runs out" on whatever it is he won t tell me about. Claims to be calling from Carphone Warehouse offering a deal on mobile phone. Didn't give them time to explain, asked them to remove my number and never call me back and blocked them. Given my employer has just highlighted to us that there is a scam doing the rounds from companies claiming to be from mobile phone companies, and I have never had any dealings with Carphone Warehouse - its likely this is a scam

I was checking my bank statement and apayment via faster payment that I did NOT make for £140 had been made to ZSF. I googled them but still don t know what I d be paying for if I had made the payment. Direct selling, debt ollecting, checking out companies - I ve never had anything to do with any of that and I don t have any debts.
