This number is just another one in the same range of similar numbers - 19167199xx - same call centre, mostly reported as a silent call (just testing their database of numbers), sometimes as accident chasers ("Have you been involved in a road traffic accident...?"), or telemarketing offers. The message claims that they are Supporter Insight UK and performing a survey on behalf of charities, but to rest assured, it was not an urgent call and they would call back.
