Bank Scam: Call to my landline - a recording of a female robotic voice with an American accent told me that 2 transactions has been made on my card that were potentially fraudulent. The recording went on to tell me the transaction details and told me to press 1 to authorise them or press 2 to speak to someone

I recieved text from this number - claimed to be a Royal Mail message saying they were holding a parcel for me that had a surcharge - it asked me to use a link to arrange delivery. I went to the Royal mail tracking website which said it did not recognise the tracking number they gave. The phone number does not seem to be a Royal Mail number. I concluded it is a scam.

Said they were BT, I had too many people using my IP. The account name was wrong. They said they could block them from their server, but it would be better from my PC. After my challenges they sent a text message with a verification code. It said to change my password. I did. Had one previously, real BT support said it was a scam. Assumed this identical call was too. Only the false account name was a clue, otherwise how can you tell?

SCAM. 019532360947 caiied my landline at 10.20am today. Voice told me that my bank card had been used for purchases from AMAZON. That however just now is impossible! Voice gave me the option to dial 1 to cancel or 2 to talk to an advisor. Used my initiative and cancelled the call. This call was a SCAM phishin for my Bank Details. Missed a call to my mobile from this unknown local Nottingham number. Suspicious as I haven't given my number to any but a handful of friends, and my doctor/dentist/pharmacy. No message left.
