Called about loft insulation. Said if was not a “selling” call it was a survey carried out to see if insulation was to standard. Then went on to say she Kew it was not to current standards but still denied it was a sales call. When I asked her to cut to the chase and not blindly following a script. This number called my landline then called my mobile immediately afterwards, so they obviously had my details rather than calling random numbers. I don t answer to numbers I don t recognise and they didn t leave a message on either my answerphone or my voicemail, so I ve no idea who it was.

Received a call from 02039741025 and when I answered I was greeted by an automated voice message saying my details had been linked to fraudulent activities and that if I did not call them back my bank accounts would be frozen. I blocked the number on my phone and 1 day later I received a similar call from 02039174216. I have not been able to confirm this but it all seems to be a scam.
