British Gas official and real. Albeit suspicious looking but if you call or speak to their live chat they will tell you you do have a booking if you did reply with a preferred date which I had done.

I have been telephoned this afternoon – apparently by EE – to tell me that I was getting a 45% discount on my bill for the next year? Wife took a call on our landline from 'Amazon', for me saying (female voice, foreign accent) Prime membership was about to expire and I should renew at 79.99 or cancel. The call was not responded to. To my knowledge I'm not currently a prime member (and usually careful to not accidentally become so when ordering!). Fraud This number is being used in an attempted fraud. I received a letter purporting to come from Lloyds Bank referring to a conversation that had not taken place and asking me to complete and sign a form giving details of my back account, sort code and memorable wo. The letter looks genuine, uses a genuine Lloyds address and gives this number to call with questions.
This number called me but hang up when I received the call. And when I called back call didn’t go through. So this number is suspicious to me.
