This call centre makes around two or three call each day. The caller tries to sell the usual double glazing. Although we have asked them not to call and that we are now on TPS the caller kepps persisting. We know that it is a nationally known double glazing firm. We are absolutely fed up of them calling. I don't know who they were, I only know that they were supposedly calling from Belarus and they wanted to talk to the owner of the company (which I don't own). I told them that and they said that they would send an e-mail to the owner and then hung up.

SCAM. I was called by the same "person" on a completely different number a few weeks back and was sufficiently suspicious to look it up. That was a scam too and they seem to have kept the same phone patter but changed to a different phone number today - probably to avoid the numerous scam reports on websites like these of the old phone number.
