This number has called me several times over the last couple of days. I phoned back today as it is a local number and actually got an answer John at Assist Financial. Looked this up and yet again it is another hard sell scamming PPI company. When will something be done about these low life harrassing companies. Also apparently, they are based in Wilmslow, so how do they get to use the local 01933 dial code? Or is this another development in the scammers armoury?

Rang me 20 times at least in last 2 months. All I do is go through the whole phone call with them when I have time & then tell them won the lottery so not interested in claiming any debts back. But they very persistent so then you tell them how you have just been wast ring there time like they keep doing to others. Or just ask them to hold & they hang up. Be warned will keep ringing forever. ????????????????

This is a company called 'First for Legal' - they use many numbers and this is just one of them; if you block one, they'll call you again on a different one. I think so far they have tried to contact me using 11 different numbers - this is harassment and invasion of privacy. No idea how they got my number. Ignore & block. These people are a useless waste of time, space & resources.

forex scam broker They told me i was successful in the selection of my application. i asked what is my name what is my information and non they could provide. even the position so defiantly scam. lucky i don't answer my Phone with my Name :) so sugger them ( they tried to call me 3 times more.)

Had a call from this numerous at 7:57am. Told me she was from BT broadband and files had been downloaded and sending messages to there servers and need to be deleted. Having worked for BT for 34 years I know that the office hours are 9:00am so I asked her

Example of selling data by an insurance company to a set of 'ambulance chasing' claims agents. These people call but then put the phone down so 01295 5690** numbers are likely to be these charlatans.....

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 1617685xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, life insurance - insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). People did they call you with the same or something new?
