A very well spoken lady, named Aliza, has called my mother several times from this telephone number trying to pressure her into buying a cover that she does not need but supposed to already have. My mother is old and gets frightened if she thinks she has not paid a bill. I took over one of the calls. Aliza said she was calling from the contracted engineers who are called out for a policy with Domestic And General called sky protect. Keep being called by this number around 2-3 times a day during working hours (so can t pick up). It s so, so annoying and I wish they d just stop calling! No idea where they ve got my number from, but (being a regular victim to nuisance calls) if I don t recognise the number I won t answer. Would love to know who this is.

They called me but hung up before they told me who they are. After checking the tellows website, I still decided to ring back to find out who they claim to be. It sounded like an automated response, and probably just the start of a voice mail message, but they said they are: Home Shield Direct I have never heard of this company before; they might be trying to cold call me for a sale. I am not interested; I seek out what I want. This is a harassment call.

Please call 118820 and operator will...an alternative number, calls are charged at BQ (or DQ rate)119 which is £2.53 per call plus £.01 per minute" Then came the killed...same male voice resumes, louder "Calls to 118820 are free to all mumblemumble customers"> I listened six times to try to learn what the words which I represent as mumblemumbl
