Cold called today from this number saying they were given our road traffic accident details by NFU to settle the remainder of money owed to me under a Discomfort payment, even though there was no personal injuries in the accident. Even though I asked the lady why NFU would instruct them to call me to say I am owed money when our claim was completely settled is totally absurd, she continued to say no we are entitled to between £3k-4k as the claim threshold of £350 was exceeded. As some above - calling in regards to debt seeking someone who has never lived at this address. We suffered from repeated calls of the same nature from MacKenzie Hall / PRA Group for years and once we managed to get PRA to stay on the phone long enough to give an address wrote to them explaining the situation and demanding they cease harassment. That worked for approx 12 months until 8am this morning when calls for the same wrong person resumed. Presumably - knowing that the contact details are incorrect -
