This caller has been pestering me for weeks and I do not recognise the number. I have now blocked it.

I m receiving calls from Red Star Financial Management on a weekly basis now. Often twice a week. Calls to tell me that I have money waiting for me as the result of an accident. I have had no accident in the past 20 years. Texted to stop calling me to no avail. 12 calls from this number in the last 5 days. 9 since I requested that the calls cease.
