01217815070. SCAM. This was a nice sounding girl who was asking about a car accident that was not my fault. I asked who their company was and they didn t respond. When they repeated themselves was with the same tone and internation which showed to me that this was a recorded message. It was obviously someone pressing buttons to get you to answer their questions. When I caught their process (proud I realised this so quickly) and asked them to remove me from their records they hung up on me.
They do swallow.
It cost me £12.97 for a 13 min call that I apparently made although I have no recollection of it

Did click on the link which was very stupid , ( I was expecting the parcel ) but nothing happened and no other details from me were asked . It was just a blank page. SCAM / SPAM I have just received a badly put together automated call from this number claiming to be HM Customs & Revenue and that there is currently an ongoing tax fraud investigation being carried out on me. It wanted me to press 1 on my keypad to speak to someone and said that if I did not do this an immediate arrest warrant would be issued in my name. Needless to say I ended the call, reported it and blocked the number.
SCAMMER: Indian, female voice said that there had been illegal activity on my internet line. Said she was from BT and that somebody had conducted illegal activity and it was recorded on their server. Played a long for a little while then let the scamming witch know what she is.

I am confused by this. I recently received a call from this number about an annual service booking; the woman at the other end knew my name but wanted me to confirm my address and postcode, which I did. I agreed to a suggested date and time, and she tells me that I will be getting a call on the day to confirm.
