SCAM SPAM Fraud phone call as others have claimed that they pretend to be from O2 (probably trying to take advantage of the Virgin media/O2 partial merger) or hang up instantly. They don't leave voicemails or attempt more than once as it's an automated machine going through a number list.
Call centre - noisy took a while to speak then I just hung up...

Just got a call from a so-called O2 representative with a clear Asian accent. They asked me to confirm my billing amount. As a precaution, I ended the call and decided to report this as a potential scam. Stay vigilant, folks!

He became extreme belligerent when I told him I wasn't interested and to remove my details from his list. Just had a call asking if we did embroidery services (which we don't) and digital services for design work. He then asked me for the prices we charge for this? I told him that we do not have a standard charge and I will not be stating a value - very thick accent which was hard to be able to understand fully. Very polite though.
