Very official sounding assets and collections they where investigating me for fraud, I declined to give any details about myself, advised I would receive a letter, I rung the number back and enquired who they where and who they where collecting on behalf of, not so aggressive when you ring them! You will either hear silence or a message asking if you are having problems with debt. Basically boiled down to cold calling people on a tradesman database looking to get money out of past employers for supposed hearing loss.
