Received a call from this number today, and also had a missed call for the last 3 days. Once connected it has a few seconds of silence, a nice clear sign its unsolicited but I thought I d wait and see who they were. Woken by a call on my mobile at 4.30am! When I called back the following morning, number was unobtainable and reverse number searches yielded nothing.

Number calls from an automatic dial and then when you answer if they have no operators available it hangs up. Had at least five calls in one day.
