They have called four times in the last three days. This is about a new boiler, feel they are taking the mickey out of us now, as we have spoken to them every time and said we are not interested.

Received automated call on 11 Nov 2016 at 8:59. Female voice with Indian accent said "I am ... calling from BT and it is about your broadband line". I said I knew she was not from BT and she hung up. This scam has been going on for several days. It appears to be a spoof number, you cannot call back.

For once, an unknown number that is actually legit. It was a call from Thames Water. I didn t answer as I didn t recognise the number but the voice message was genuine with specific details (including the correct address) about a drainage issue I d discussed with them earlier. Genuine call.

They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. I think they can be prosecuted for this harassment and dishonesty, pretending people have claims when they know nothing about whether they have or not, and be heavily fined. This number must be doing the rounds as they called me a few minutes later. I didn t pick up and will now be blocked.

Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".

Called today at 3.15 and yesterday too. I let both go to answerphone but no message left of course. How can they keep doing this and interrupting people but nothing done about it.
