I ve been hanging up, but finally gave in and pressed "2" to tell them to stop calling me. The caller said he was from 3, I doubt it. 3 customer services do not call on premium rate numbers for a start. He was trying to sell 3 mobile contracts to the families of 3 contract holders. His next call will probably be from Vodaphone!

I am ex-directory and am also registered with the telephone preference service, yet I had two missed calls on my caller display from this number today. When I rang back to see who it was, I got a recorded message saying "you have dialled an incorrect number. Please check the number and redial." Obviously an untraceable number. As I have caller display on my landline, if I get calls from numbers I do not recognise, I do not answer the phone. Sooner or later, these sad individuals will get tried and stop ring

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363428xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with ambulance chasers / PPI / insurance marketing - based in the Manchester area.
