Didn't pick up as an unknown number and our landline is ex-directory known only to 2 other people as it is used only for elderly relatives to call who do not have mobile phones. The fact that this number is not listed anywhere and we do not use it ourselves would tend to indicate it is a spam or pfishing call.

This number would appear to be à Plymouth number. The phone number 02045174376 may be a scam to get money from people. The call was of bad quality with a lot of background noise. The caller tries to get you to except a phone contract cheaper than you current contract, but with the same or better terms and staying with your current provider. They then ask for an up front fee which they say you will back with the contract. I could not confirm what company owns the phone number, but when you call the number back it went to a message in a foreign language.
