At the end of the message there is an option to press a single digit number on your phone (I think 7) to be taken off the calling list. Phoned for my wife concerning a motoring incident 2.5 years ago. My wife said she had no such accident and asked what the call was about. "Josh" then hung up leaving us wondering what that was about.
