we saw their no. on cheapflights website and we called to book next day flight, they said they are from cheap flights tickets and they will book flight for next day for £450 and then we said give some discount and then they agreed on £440. Finally we transferred the money to their account but we did not receive any ticket the next day or any reference. We then called them for the past 2 weeks and whenever they answered they would make excuses like the boss is not here or they're on break etc. On

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 17092768xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with PPI, insurance claims, industrial hearing loss, accident chasers.
