TAXES / HMRC credit investigation ,scam
SCAM Claiming to be from the HMRC. Speaking with an Indian accent. Claimed I owed £35000 in unpaid taxes and that this has been logged at my local court house. I gave him a false name. and he could not confirm any information about me, as it was confidential!! What a load of rubbish. Now blocked, but still getting voice mails left.
Horrible degenerate filth, just invaded my day with 42 seconds of nothing until it hung up, probably no-one to answer the auto-dialler. Horrific vermin scum who should be shot live on TV so the country learns that it s not okay to do this crap to people with mental illness. They are utter lowlife filth of the worst order, may their genitals be munched on by aidsy hippos.
SCAM I have received a text from this number claiming to be from Amazon stating they have placed my account on hold due to a system flag. The text contains a link to click which is not an amazon site.

Fraud wanted to verify a possible fraudulent transaction on my CC, as soon as I asked for which CC they hung up
This number is not secure, it is scammers pretending to be from O2, offering a 50% discount off your monthly bill. Tempting, obviously. They say a text will be sent to confirm this, followed by another text with a code to activate the offer. They will then ask you to repeat the code to them BUT doing this will allow them to take control over your account and possibly other info on your phone. Something didn't feel right so when they rang back for the code I didn't answer but googled O2 scams. Beware.
