Same Asian ars*hole wanted to fix my connection and it must be done NOW ! Abused him and hung up. One thing though he had my right name, didn't ask any securtity questions

Caller asked for me by name, when I said it was who they were asking for they hung up.

They said that my mother is to be sued by HM Customs and Excise. My mother is elderly and is upset by the call. I m very angry about this.
