This is aqua credit card. They called because I had attempted to make a large transaction. They asked me if I made that transaction and two other recent transactions. They knew who the transactions were with and for how much, and the caller addressed me by name. Basically, I’m convinced it was really them. To verify they were talking to me, I was asked for the first line of my address and postcode, my date of birth and the first two letters of my memorable information.

The welsh lady was on phone to me for 25 mins, we discussed scam requests and I asked if this was similar to the money club where they give a £1 one month trial then take £99 out of your account, not a £1, then five months later take another £99 and so on. I told her I had reported The Money club to trading standards and got more than the money I paid out back using my bank to retrieve, so was not interested.
