Always the same thing - my name is Mike/Fred/John or some other UK name, but they re quite clearly not from UK. All they want to know is how we get our TV. This time I just put the phone down on him, normally I tell them that I work for BT and the call is being traced.

Young woman called this morning about our TV insurance spoke to my husband who said we never take out insurance if the TVs break down we buy a new one, he said that's the beauty of being a wealthy pensioner(not true but was amusing). She said how lucky for you and put phone down.
