Said it was an arranged call back, that I had spoken to a colleague earlier; not true, I had been out all day. They said it was about a claim I had made re ppi. When I denied making a claim, said i have not paid ppi, the caller argued with me. I was polite, he spoke to me as if i was stupid (being female and older?!)
I had reason to believe this number is being used to make scam calls - I have reported to the police and provided the number for investigation

A male called saying his name was Chris and that he was calling about my Dyson. I told him he must have a wrong number. He then said "Do you not have a Dyson". When told "No", he apologised and rang off. I assume a marketing scam of some kind.
Upon answering the call it is an automated message apparently from the national crime agency saying they are going to freeze my national insurance number and all my assets an to press 1 to speak to an advisor. At that point I hung up and blocked the number

Heavily accented guy called claiming to be from First Nation bank with regard to PPI claim to the value of ?3000. Apparently they need to take commission (no win no fee) of ?200, but can only take this in the form of Google Play cards... (As if!) this number has been calling me several times per day for around 2 weeks, when I answered it was a telemarketing company telling me I had been involved in an accident (I haven t) when I responded with "well you know more about this than I do" the caller hung up and didn t call again so I will definitely be using that tactic in the future
