Has been calling on my mobile phone and I ignored the calls. Today I answered hoping then I could sort it out and the calls would stop. Guy with an Indian accent - had my name said he was from Virgin Media and asked me to confirm my details and my account number! When I asked him to confirm my details so I would know it was them calling me he did actually know what packages I had with Virgin. Indian accent man, all he did was asking me yes/no questions... like, are you ____? is ____ your postcode? have you got a mortgage? are you happy with your bank? After I replied to his questions he said ok have a lovely day an hung up... which I found weird. Unfortunately, it was until he hung up that I realised he might have been recording my yes/no answers to use this for any sort of identity fraud or scam... Im very scared now and don t know what to do

Claimed my computer had been hacked. Phoned back four times, saying they were from Google. A different voice then came on asking mope to write down a code number to check they were genuine. Did not check but reported this number to Actionfraud police number. Very, very upsetting. Now scanning my pc for any signs af hacking. Will take several hours.
