I ve been informed you ve had a car accident etc. Stated from Birmingham and caller dismissed TPS and argued the fact he was cold calling.

Rang once saying they had info someone at this household had had accident in last 3 years, "is that true?" None of your business, don t accept cold calls. Rang back immmediately saying if I hung up again she would continue to call! Female caller, ?Indian/Asian accent.
