I was just called by somebody saying they were from UK Financial. The said they had a cheque for me for money i was owed from bank charges. They knew my address then asked me to confirm my date of birth. I told them i was not giving it to them as i had never heard of them. When i said this they hung up!

We ve had to silent calls from this number today.

Had a missed call on this number. I know most of the numbers I receive but didn't recognise this one....bet it was a ppi sales call.

Did not leave voicemail, I am assuming it is a spam call, I will block all calls that do not leave a voicemail including mobiles, got caught out with this with a double glazing ...
