Just got a call from a so-called O2 representative with a clear Asian accent. They asked me to confirm my billing amount. As a precaution, I ended the call and decided to report this as a potential scam. Stay vigilant, folks!

She said that the 'RTA Information database' had passed the info about my accident & could I confirm the date?
