Agree with previous commenters. I purchased guttering from them about 10 years ago. Only used them because they had a very long warranty. I also got them to quote for a kitchen about 5 years ago as, they claimed that I would get a preferential discount as I was an existing customer. I go to a phone call and the lady said she was from o2 however when I told her I was at college and couldn't really talk she because really rude and said "you don't have time to answer a few quick questions but you had time to answer your phone" I got suspicious and hung up they wouldn't stop calling me after so I ended up blocking the number.
