They give you a bit of blurb about internet speed and then ask you to turn on your laptop, they ask you to press 'Ctrl + Windows +R' then type: - 'Eventvwr' into the box. They then use screen that comes up to persuade you that you have a problem. Once they have you convinced, which is easily done if you are not tech savvy, the sting.. Your money!!!

We have had 3 calls within 5 mins, each person says that according to their industrial records I or a person at my address has worked in a factory in the past 20 years etc etc..... obviously they are cold calling to drum up legal claims trade!!!!!! Each time I tell them no one has worked in this sort of environment and each time they say they ll remove from their records and then surprise we get another call. TPS are absolutely useless!!!!!!!!
