I am getting repeated HARRASSMENT calls this telephone no. is one of the Numbers that called me. I am getting between 3 to 5 calls a day .I have told them to knock me from their contact list. Could you help please this has been happening for at least 5 weeks.

I called today and offered to help me with debts. They called me from so many numbers and I am always receiving annoying voice messages. Told them to never call me back again.

I answered a call from this number, and heard a male at the other end of the line with the sound of other people in the room. He didn’t answer immediately, and after a short while asked if I could hear him, to which I, possibly foolishly replied “Yeah, yeah”. The phone was not put down at his end, but there was no reply when I tried to communicate at which point I ended the call.
A gentleman reached out to me on Twitter, and we shared knowledge about crypto and the surrounding community over the course of many days. I think this is a marketing call. No message left, but they tried twice and the same day I received a call from a similar number with 2 different digits - again no message. When I called it (blocking my own number) there's an automated number saying the office is closed and it's 'something' communications (I didn't catch the first word). I figure if it was important / genuine they'd leave a message.

Received 4 calls from this number on 13, 16 and 17th January 2023 and on 15th Feb 2023. This is not a known number to me and I cannot see any reason why I would be receiving a call form an unknow number. I am blocking it and considering it suspicious.
I received an SMS that appears to have been sent by HSBC. This shows an one-time password for a transaction of around £983 and asks me to urgently call this number (03309124638) if I do not recognise this transaction. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM! I have called HSBC (on their true number and not the fake number mentioned above) and they have confirmed what was obvious to me: THIS IS A SCAM. Your account is safe and has not been compromised. IGNORE THE TEXT MESSAGE and do NOT call that number. That's all!

Man with strong Indian accent calling himself "Daniel", claiming to be calling from "Microsoft Encarta" and saying that hackers had infected my PC, so he'd need access to it. A complete criminal scam. I told him I needed to go and get my computer, then left him waiting for ages until he eventually hung up. Number now blocked & reported to ICO.
So say called from hmrc. Put the phone down and cut the call .
