They had the cheek to call me again - when I was busy of course - with their wretched recorded message saying it was not too late. Very dangerous. Auto message claiming to be bank fraud office and advising 3 suspect transactions. Asked to press 1 if ok, 3 if not. Did not even give name of the bank! Red flag that auto - they always talk to you in person - they would also want to check that it was actually the custoner talking to! Another red flag re instruction go press button.

Fraud Foreign sounding male, called me ma'aam or madam. told me he had phoned from BT openreach as my internet speed was down and I had problems with my router. At that point I called him a scammer as I don't have BT. His tone changed and he uttered a series of foul words and called me names. Told me he would rape me and give me a little baby. The area code comes up as telford but I don't believe that is correct. It is also an area in India. I wish there weren't such evil people in the world
