claimed to be from BT and that my internet was compromised.
Fraud SCAM Pretending to be from my mobile operator, offered a crazy cheap tariff and then started to ask details about my current tariff and personal details that I'd expect my operator would already know/have on record.
I don't know what the hell going on? But this could government away to take are mind off them?

SCAM Called saying they were from BT and my internet speed had been reported as an issue. A technician are working on it, but it was software on my router that was wrong. Got me to look up internet speed. Gave them fake results, which would have been top drawer, to be told they were not good Passed me to another technician to get me to open windows run and enter 'www.anydesk.com'. That scam has been doing the rounds for years. Told them I worked in IT, and they hung up!

This number is being used to carry out impersonation scams through WhatsApp. Serious pressure being exerted claiming to be a family member in financial trouble. Fraud carried out via a Metro Bank Account sort code 23 05 80 using various account numbers and Metro Bank don't seem to be concerned. Has been reported to own bank and Action Fraud. This number is causing untold distress and needs to be taken out of service.

Call received from a male with an Indian accent stating he was calling from Aviva, but his English was very bad and I said I couldn't understand him and asked for someone else to ring me if important. Not sure about this number - a lady called Jo has just phoned me about energy conservation and need to check my loft insulation to.
