This number rang once the other day but with the 31 missing off the number ... today they rang again So I rang back it didn't even ring some foreign woman picked up straight away and spoke very fast I did not understand a word but I continued to ring it again to then be spoken to a male foreign voice once again the number didn't ring & he was not happy to be cold called by myself.
