Call centre refused to give name of company, used a name that lived in the house.

Asian voice called me claiming to be from EE, offering 40% off charges. I could see it was an Inverness number so said I didn't believe he was from EE, at which point he said I could fcuk myself! Number now blocked.

Automated call from this number this morning purporting to be from my bank. Apparently noticed 2 large, unusual payments to go out. Press 1 to block, 2 to allow. Phoned bank & this is a scam!
Fraud suspected,claims to be Virgin Media, did not try to verify any personal details or account details. Wants the IP address that they are supplying to me, at which point I ended call. SCAM This number sends a text message claiming to be track and trace. If you go on link it asks you to pay 1.28. NHS test and trace comes directly from "NHStracing" and not a specific number. Please be aware and do not pay on the link.

SCAM Someone with an Indian accent called stating they were calling from Microsoft Windows about hackers using my email. They put me through to a technician and they started getting a bit angry with me as I could not understand what they were saying because of their accent. They told me that hackers were using my computer and that I was not to use my computer and to take it down to their offices in Reading!
